You can be a part of making Lincoln a better place for LGBT
people.  OUTLinc's team needs dedicated and passionate people
to help provide LGBT people with programing and ways to get involved and support the community!

• Member Engagement - Lead efforts to create and maintain relationships with current/potential OUTLinc members that will
  support excellence in service, recreation, education and
  celebration.  Develop and conduct membership outreach (develop
  materials, networking, booths, etc.)  Increase member engagement in OUTLinc events (programs, Board of
  Directors, annual meeting, advisory board, etc.).  Approx.
  8-10 hrs month.
• Programming Coordinator  - Lead programming activities that promote excellence in service, recreation, education, and celebration.  Coordinate individual and on-going OUTLinc programs.  Develop new programming activities.  Post programming events on OUTLinc.org events calendar.  Approx. 8-10 hrs. month.
• Others: Operations (procedures); Fundraising; Outreach & Community Relations
