My name is Georgia Feiste, I would like to introduce Rainbow Bridge Coaching and Healing to the OUTLinc community. The group started with three people who really wanted to put together a virtual group of people interested in mind, body, spirit and emotions, and how they work together. It quickly graduated to five people, and has now dropped down to two who are actively involved in putting messages out into the great ether called the Internet, and an occasional contributor, Toning the Om.
I am a Life Transitions coach, concentrating on building the foundations of success by exploring the essence of who you are, and bringing that into everything you do. I come to coaching from a strong business background, and coach to life transitions based upon my own personal experience transitioning from one career to another, a career to entrepreneurship and semi-retirement, and from a person driven by what other people wanted me to be to becoming self-directed and who I am. I am a Coach University graduate, and am affiliated with the International Coach Federation.
I am deeply involved with this community as an Ally and a Mom, and have ties to many beautiful and wonderful people here in Lincoln and Omaha, as well as in the Chicago metropolitan area. Until this year, I have been an officer or on the board of PFLAG in Lincoln and in Chicago. I speak to a variety of organizations, and was involved with the Illinois School Board and the Illinois Caucus on Adolescent Health while living in Mt. Prospect, IL.
Stella Wichman is a Grief Coach, concentrating on coaching parents who have lost children and are dealing with frozen or ambiguous grief. Stella brings strong abilities to her coaching, drawing upon her own experience in losing her son. Her website is
Parents Grief Recovery.
Mary Anne Flannagan is a Life Coach and Shaman from New York. She writes wonderful blogs from a spiritual perspective. She is also a member of this community. Her website is
ToningtheOm.
Tyler Richard and Heath Harding have participated in many meetings outlining what it is we want this group to be. I would like to invite them to respond to this blog, and share their thoughts and experience.
The name was chosen for two reasons. First, I would like it to speak to my favorite people in the world, the people who started me on my own life path by being who they are, some after major internal and emotional struggles. Secondly, the rainbow bridge is symbolic of the space between man and the Universal Power (God, Allah, Higher Power, whatever name you are comfortable with). It is the journey we walk in life, bringing us closer by recognizing the connectedness, the oneness, of the world and it's inhabitants.
It symbolizes the tribe of humanity in all it's diversity and how we all fit together, moving in the same direction one step at a time.
I would like to invite you to join the group on OUTLinc and to visit our website at
Rainbow Bridge Coaching and Healing. You may also find me at
Collaborative Transitions Coaching. We are particularly interested in people who would like to blog about their offerings in coaching and healing whether it be massage therapy, personal training, aromatherapy, counseling, leadership development, business coaching, ministerial and spiritual support, etc. Guest bloggers are welcome, regular bloggers embraced!
